COSTA is a concept wine bar highlighting wine producers from coastal / water adjacent regions. Inspired by salinity, briny flavors, and ephemeral architecture, the wine list, food menu, and furniture bridge varying senses and craft COSTA.

The dining space features a raw boulder bar, channeling the cliff side ecosystems that bridge land to the ocean. Each furniture piece explores biosymmetry and the oceanic species that inhabit cliffside territories. The lamps reference gastropods (sea slugs) and the chairs/stools draw inspiration from the anatomy of suborder Torpedinoidei (electric rays– a zingy feeling speaking to the flavor palettes of wines on the menu). COSTA features custom wine glasses designed with the perfect “bulb” (the upper portion of the glass) to house any type of wine– rose, white, red, bubbles, or orange. In order to not obscure the view of the wine, the base of the glass is adorned with water ripples.
