A collaboration between Cole Slater and Paolo Manlucu yielded an expansive study on plywood as a vehicle for light. Rather than modifying the plywood’s material attributes, we interpreted the material as-is and sculpted form in space using a floating motif. These lamps were showcased in SHAPES USA’s Los Angeles pop-up store.
